Fees and charges

The Council Tax system funds many of the services we provide to the community. At County and District level, these services include:

• Education;
• Refuse Collection;
• Library Services; and
• Social Care.

Our Fees and Charges are for services that are not covered by Council Tax or Business Rates. They are for services we provide, such as:

• Leisure;
• Bereavement;
• Parking;
• Environmental;
• Planning;
• Building Control; and
• Licences.
