Equality framework

We have worked with Cumbria County Council and the other five district councils in Cumbria on the Achieving Equality in Cumbria project.

As part of this project, the councils are using a nationally recognised framework for equality improvement called the Equality Framework for Local Government.

We have reached the Achieving level of the Equality Framework for Local Government.
