Guide to the 2023 Review of Parliamentary constituencies

The Boundary Commission for England will undertake a review of the Parliamentary constituencies for England and will report to Parliament by 1 July 2023.

Initial proposals for the North West

The Boundary Commission review team received 33,000 responses and published their proposals in early 2022.

The secondary consultation on the proposed new map of constituencies in England took place between Tuesday 22 February and Monday 4 April 2022.

Revised Proposals

The Boundary Commission have published the revised proposals for new constituency boundaries.

The consultation will be open until Monday 5 December 2022.

This will be the last opportunity to participate in the 2023 Boundary Review. The commission does reserve the right to revise the timetable if necessary.
