Result of the votes cast on the Wednesday 30 November 2022 by Penrith Business ratepayers was not to renew the Penrith Business Improvement District (BID).

I, Paul Sutton, being the Ballot Holder hereby declare that the result of the Penrith BID ballot is as follows:

I hereby declare that the proposal to establish a Business Improvement District for Penrith has not been approved. A majority of the Business ratepayers in the proposed BID area who voted, voted in favour of the proposal, but not by aggregate rateable value..
