Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) are fines for not complying with parking regulations.

What to do if you get a PCN

Check to see if you have compiled with the parking regulations, if you have not, you will have to pay. If you feel you have compiled with the parking regulations, you may decide to challenge or appeal the PCN.

Read the information on the PCN to make sure you pay the correct Council.

Don't delay in paying a PCN it may cost more if you don't pay within the first 14 days.

Pay or challenge a PCN

You have 28 days to challenge a PCN.

Challenge a Penalty Charge ticket online.

Do this as soon as possible, or within 14 days of receiving the PCN.
