Northern museums volunteer pass scheme

Penrith and Eden Museum is part of the Northern Museums Volunteer Pass Scheme, also known as the 'Pink Pass'. The Scheme entitles volunteers from participating Museums to a pass, which gives them free entry and/or other benefits at other Museums in the Scheme.

As entry to the Museum is free, volunteer pass holders visiting Penrith and Eden Museum will receive a complimentary pack. The pack includes information about the Museum and its displays, Penrith town trails, postcards and a Penrith pencil. Also offered is a 10% discount in the shop on books. To receive a free pack, a volunteer needs to show their pass to a member of staff.

The curators look forward to seeing and meeting volunteers from other Museums.

See the Northern Museums Volunteer Pass Scheme on the Museum Development North East website for more details on the 2019/2021 Northern Museums Volunteer Pass Scheme.
