Pest control treatment request form

Use this form to request pest control treatment for a problem with rats, mice, bedbugs, cockroaches, fleas, ants, wasps or food infestation insects. This service is only available to residential properties in the Eden area of Westmorland and Furness.

This service is contracted out to Rentokil under agreement with the former Eden District Council. This service is only available to domestic properties and not available to commercial properties.

All requests are automatically emailed to Rentokil and a company representative will contact you to arrange the service.

This service will cost £43.98 including VAT and is payable direct to Rentokil.
