Local residents are being urged to share their thoughts on plans to enhance cycling and walking routes in Penrith.
Following up on its first consultation in 2021, Cumbria County Council has launched a further consultation on its draft Penrith Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan.
The main themes for the draft plan include segregated cycling routes, connecting villages to Penrith, reduced town centre traffic, traffic calming and quality and maintenance of routes.
There is a display on the draft plan at Penrith Library for the duration of the consultation, where residents can have their say in person. People can also respond online using the link below.
The deadline for responses is Friday 25 February 2022.
