This is an excellent opportunity to play a part in the extensive development proposals the Council is currently dealing with both in Penrith and the district and gain a wide range of experience in an area of significant development demand set within a beautiful landscape.
We are seeking a Senior Planning Officer who will take on the more complex and significant proposals that come to the team. We are looking for someone who is qualified to degree level in town planning or a related discipline. You should be eligible for membership of the RTPI and be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with a range of planning issues through planning policy or development management work.
