Property and Estates Manager

We are seeking a skilled, proactive and forward thinking Property and Estates Manager to manage and develop a diverse land and property portfolio and to deliver a high performing service in line with best practice. The role will allow for innovative and strategic thinking, the development of business opportunities and the management of projects.
The successful candidate will have a relevant qualification together with sound knowledge and experience of Land and Property management, Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations, Project Management and supervision of contracts. There is a requirement to travel independently around the District on a regular basis.
The role would suit candidates who currently work or have experience in the fields of property, land or facilities management including property and estate managers, estate agents, construction and building managers.
