Planning Officer (Development Management)

We are looking to recruit a Planning Officer to join its busy development management team and are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive person, who will handle their own caseload of planning applications, pre application files and planning enforcement files. As part of a supportive, hard-working and motivated team you should have previous experience of working in planning, have excellent communication skills and be able to manage and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.
You will be nearing completion of or hold a degree in town planning or a related discipline. You should be eligible for membership of the RTPI and be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with a range of planning issues through planning policy or development management work.
