The Planning Development Team are seeking a hard-working and well organised person to work in the Planning Support team. The job role is to administer planning and building regulations applications; respond to queries from the public and outside bodies (in person, telephone, email); liaise with internal officers in connection with applications; record monies received; administer official searches and utilise the various bespoke software packages for Planning Administration and Building Control and Geographical Information Systems (GIS). Full training will be provided.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is an essential requirement of the post. You must also be able to multi task, work under pressure and maintain your composure.
