Leisure and Community Services Officer

This extremely varied post within the Leisure and Communities Team includes the management of the Eden Leisure Management Contract; working with a wide range of voluntary groups and partner organisations from around the district and administration of the Council’s grant and Bursary schemes.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills together with experience of working with community groups and partners to develop, manage and deliver sports and leisure programmes and events. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of contract administration, budget management, and preparing strategic reports and project plans. In addition to this you will be qualified to degree level in a leisure related discipline.
The post holder will be required to travel independently in order to attend meetings and events throughout the County.
