  • Hours: 37 hours per week. Working hours will usually be between 8.45am and 5.15pm (4.45pm on Fridays)
  • Salary / pay: £25,927 - £27,514
  • Closing date: Friday 7 October 2022 at 10am.

Job summary

We are looking for someone to join our valued Asset Management Team who can effectively administer the Council’s land and property portfolio, ensuring assets are fit for purpose and managed to minimise costs, maximise capital and rental revenue, whilst ensuring all statutory obligations are met.

Suitable applicants will have knowledge and practical skills in property and land management, risk assessment, tenancy administration and holdings and asset registers.

In addition applicants must have a minimum Level 2 equivalent qualification in Literacy and Numeracy (e.g. GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics). Please note evidence of qualifications will need to be provided by the successful candidate.  You will also have experience of Word and Excel.
