Power cuts on Electricity North West website.

Priority Register

The North West’s electricity distribution network, Electricity North West, can provide you with extra support should you experience a power cut. The Priority Services Register is a free service offered to customers across the North West who may depend on electricity for things such as medical equipment, have communication difficulties, or a young family with children under five. A dedicated welfare team will proactively contact you regarding any power cuts in your area, keep you updated with regular text messages and telephone calls to let you know when to expect your power back on and can provide additional welfare support, such as contacting your friends, carers and family members to keep them updated on your behalf.

Visit Electricity North West Priority for more information, and to sign up.
