Regarding question 2: The Council does not employ planning consultants to write appeal statements, this work is undertaken solely by Planning Officers, so the Council’s expenditure for the years requested is is £0.
In relation to Legal Fees, the Council does not generally require Legal input into appeals unless they are determined by means of a Public Inquiry of Hearing, so the Council’s expenditure for the years requested is £0.
