Freedom of information request response - 06263
I am writing to Eden Council under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 to request the following:
Closed landfill site monitoring information, to ideally include the following.
- Site plan (including location of monitoring boreholes if present)
- Site name
- Details of fill
- Gas monitoring results
- Gas protection measures
- Leachate protection measures
- Details of any remedial work undertaken
Ideally this information would be provided in a shapefile or similar spatial form, but if these are not available we will be happy to receive these in any form they are available, as long as there is enough location information to derive a spatial record.
Please note that as a district council and Waste Collection Authority we do not have responsibility for waste disposal.
