  3. Yes - the Council is engaged with a local initiative to reduce single-use plastic called ‘Plastic-Clever Penrith.’
  4. Chilled and ambient water stations are provided in both of the Council’s main administration buildings for the use of staff and elected Members, although these are not generally accessible to visitors. There are no provisions for water refill stations at any of the Council’s tenanted properties.
