  1. Please provide me with the policy, procedures or guidance for councillors using their own private (non council) email accounts for conducting council business.
  2. If councillors are allowed to use their own private (non council) email accounts, what policies or procedures are in place to allow the public to find out information within those accounts that may be covered under Data Protection Act or Freedom of Information requests?

  1. Please refer to the decision made at Resources Portfolio on 20 April 2015, which permits councillors to use their own private (non council) email address for conducting Council business.
