Freedom of Information request relating to staff headcount.

Further to your FOI request which was logged under FOI Ref No 05232, I am now in a position to provide a response to your request for information under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Headcount April 2018 – 185
Headcount 2010 – 200

I hope this satisfies your query however if you are dissatisfied with this response you can have your complaint heard under the Council’s Complaints Procedure. To do this you will need to contact us within 10 working days of receipt of this email. You can do this by the contacting the Deputy Chief Executive (Matthew Neal) via dcls@eden.gov.uk  or writing to  the Deputy Chief Executive at Eden District Council, Town Hall, Penrith CA11 7QF. 

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner (ICO) at: Information Commissioner’s Officer, Wycliffe House, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF or by telephoning 0303 123 1113. Generally the ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the complaints procedure provided by Eden District Council.
