District ward by-elections for Hartside and Skelton wards and Parish by-elections for Penrith Town and Alston Moor Parish councils will take place on Thursday 6 May 2021. There are no by-elections in Eden for Cumbria County Council.

Police and Crime Commissioner for Cumbria election
The election for the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cumbria is on Thursday 6 May 2021.
If you do not want to or can't vote at a polling station anyone registered to vote can apply for a postal or proxy vote.
The deadline for applying for a postal voting was 5pm on the 20 April 2021.
