Notice of Review of Polling Districts and Polling Places
The Review of Polling Districts and Polling Places (Parliamentary Elections) Regulations 2006
Notice is hereby given that Eden District Council is conducting a review of Polling Districts and Polling Places within its area.
Comments are sought on any aspect of any polling district and / or polling place that is currently used for an election. Comments are also invited regarding those polling stations currently used for elections and / or any suggested alternatives.
Parish Councils and District Councillors will be consulted and comments are invited from any electors within the Parliamentary Constituency of Penrith and the Border, as well as any persons who have expertise in relation to access to premises or facilities for persons who have different forms of disability.
The review commences on 12 August 2019 and will end on 30 September 2019.
Comments and representations should be sent in writing to the Returning Officer to be received by 5pm on 30 September 2019, or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
