Statement of Community Involvement
The Statement of Community Involvement - December 2013 (PDF: 457Kb) sets out our approach for involving people in both the preparation of the new Eden Local Plan 2014 and the determination of planning applications. It will cover the whole of Eden District that lies outside the Lake District National Park. If you wish to become involved in the production of any documents that will form the Local Plan, please contact email@example.com. The draft documents and comments received during the production of the original Statement of Community Involvement are below.

These two documents formed the basis of the Examination which took the form of written representations. Following the Examination, the Inspector wrote a report which identified some small amendments that were binding for the Council. View the Inspector's Report (PDF: 186Kb / 17 pages)
These were included in the final Statement of Community Involvement - October 2006 (PDF: 558Kb / 44 pages) that was adopted.
