Economic Viability Appriasal (EVA)
The Council commissioned DTZ to undertake an Affordable Housing Economic Viability Appraisal following the pre-hearing meeting for the public examination into the Core Strategy.
The aim of the EVA is to assess the viability of the baseline affordable housing policy and develop a robust, transparent and effective means of assessing an appropriate and justifiable affordable housing target for the district.
