Employment preferred sites and policies document

The Employment Preferred Sites and Policies forms part of the Eden Local Plan and will shape guidelines for employment developments until 2025. It will provide greater detail and clarity to the overarching framework that is identified in the Core Strategy and will allocate sites for employment in the Eden area outside of the Lake District National Park. This will ensure that future employment development meets local need and takes place in a planned way.
