Eden Active Fit 4 All

Activity session for Eden Active Fit 4 AllThe Eden Active Fit 4 All pilot project has started with 10 weekly sessions. These are designed to encourage older people to enjoy becoming more active. These are in friendly, sociable settings in local communities. All 10 of the weekly pilot sessions are free. They offer a range of activities, refreshments and the chance to chat. Sessions are informal. You can do as much or as little as you like. Even if you just want to come along and see what the sessions are all about first. You don't have to come along each week, just for the weeks which suit you.

What to wear to activity sessions

You need to wear clothes and shoes that you will be comfortable in when taking part in gentle exercise.

Medical advice

We suggest you tell your doctor before you start doing any physical activity. This is especially so if you suffer from a medical condition, or have been inactive for lengthy periods.

  • Board games
  • Boccia (a ball sport like bowls)
  • Bowls (indoor)
  • Dance
  • Seated exercise
  • Table tennis
  • Walking
