Passport to leisure card
The Passport to Leisure Card scheme is offered by us in partnership with North Country Leisure. The scheme is to encourage young people to take part in and maintain an interest in sports activities, and to enable young people to make a positive use of their leisure time.
What is the Passport to Leisure Scheme
Passport to Leisure Card is a scheme to promote sport and leisure. All passport to leisure card holders can benefit from the following:
A programme of free sessions at Penrith and Appleby Leisure Centres during July and August 2016 including free swimming everyday.
A Free beActive leisure card which is valid until 30 June 2018 and entitles you to up to 20% off most activities at any NCL centre
Free access to putting and tennis at Penrith Castle Park.
Who is eligible for a passport to leisure card?
The Passport to Leisure Card is available to all Year 10 and Year 11 students residing in Eden District.
Applications are now open for those currently studying in Year 10. Students in Year 11 received their beActive Leisure Card last year, which is valid until June 2017.
