Housing, Health and Safety Rating System
The Housing, Health and Safety Rating System is the standard used when private rented housing conditions are checked during a house inspection. This is a National Standard and as a Landlord, you must ensure that your properties are free from hazards, or that they are reduced to an acceptable low risk. How we rate private rented housing
The housing, health and safety rating system is the prescribed method for inspecting houses.
