Eligibility
To be eligible for these schemes the following must apply to you:
- Have a total household income under £31,000/£36,000 (dependent on the scheme) each year.
- Live in a property with an Energy Performance Certificate, (EPC) of either D, E, F, or G. This can be checked at gov.uk/Find an energy certificate (opens in a new window) . If you do not have an EPC for your property because you have lived in this property for a long time, you can still apply and you will offered a pre-assessment EPC and post installation EPC.
