Premises: ............................................ Cumbria Constabulary has applied to Eden District Council (the Licensing Authority) for a review of the Premises Licence in respect of the above premises. The application for the review has been made on the following grounds:

  1. Disproportionate level of crime and disorder taking place in and around the premises.
  2. Breach of licence conditions.
  3. Concerns about the welfare of young persons who frequent the premises.
  4. Anti-social behaviour in and around the premises which has attracted complaints from residents.
