Recycling enquiry report form

Use this form to request a recycling calendar or to make an enquiry about the recycling service.

There are separate forms to report:

• Garden waste bins which were missed in the garden waste collection - Garden waste bin not emptied
• Bags and box which were missed in the recycling collection - Recycling bags and box not emptied
• A comment or complaint about the recycling service - Recycling comments and complaints

If you have registered for a My Account you can view your recycling calendar on the home page after logging in. Log in to My Account

If you have not registered for a My Account why not sign up today? A My Account will help you keep track of any ongoing requests you have with the council and will provide important information about what is going on in your area. You can view information about your house and services near you, including refuse and recycling collections and your recycling calendar. Register for a My Account

You can also find a link to your recycling calendar on our website by searching for your address on My Area.

If you request a paper copy of your calendar it will be posted out to you within 2 working days.
