Eden District Council produces a Performance Plan each June.
The Performance Plan outlines the strategic aim, objectives and priorities of the Council and details how the Council will work to achieve these in order to best meet the needs of the people of Eden. The Performance Plan also provides details of the work the Council has been involved with during the previous municipal year, and identifies areas of work that will be reviewed and developed in the forthcoming year.
The Plan presents information regarding all of the Council's performance indicators, which are used to measure and monitor progress in the services the Council provides. This year's plan presents approximately 100 performance indicators which demonstrate and display the progress Eden District Council is making towards achieving its aim, objectives and priorities.
