The Councils
online payments service
enables you to pay council tax, business rates and other invoices
using your debit card (credit cards can be used for invoices but
not for council tax or business rates). The minimum payments is
five pounds. You will be asked for your reference number, so make
sure you have a copy of your bill or invoice in front of you.

Where you need to make payment when requesting a
service (eg bulky waste disposal) either over the phone or in
person you can pay this by debit or credit card. You can also use
your debit or credit card to pay for planning applications, parking
charge notices, licences etc at both the Town Hall and Mansion
House
