This is excellent - why cannot this be included on the planning applications/comments page????
No problems at all, simple to use and very user friendly.
This system is very good for 3 reasons; 1) to be able to record all the details in written form 2) to avoid waiting on the phone, when the key person may not be available anyway 3) to use email for replies as it is much more efficient Please keep developing further
