I thought the form for pcn challenge was good. Only suggestion would be a spell check for Reason , section.
No problem, the form was straightforward and easy to fill in.
On the whole the form was good, easy and logical to follow. The problems were that the user ID is long and hard to remember with no opportunity to change it into something more convenient. Also it would be better if when you went back to the form after saving you could go straight to the section you wanted to edit instead of going to the start and then having to repeatedly press the next button.
I expected a nightmare but the process was clear, concise and logical. Well done.
