  • Forms are very clear and strainght forward to use. It would be good to be able to see a balance of the payments made.
  • The questions could easily be put into one page which would be quicker for those trying to pay.
  • Very good - easy to follow instructions.
  • Form is OK to make payments. One suggestion is to add a comments box to allow people to express suggestions on the parking schemes operated by the council.
