What you say about our forms

  • Form is OK to make payments. One suggestion is to add a comments box to allow people to express suggestions on the parking schemes operated by the council.
  • Easy and straightforward to use - so much better than paper for the environment.
  • The form is easy to fill in but it did take quite a bit of time to find it - perhaps it could be an option on your homepage?
  • On the whole the form was good, easy and logical to follow. The problems were that the user ID is long and hard to remember with no opportunity to change it into something more convenient. Also it would be better if when you went back to the form after saving you could go straight to the section you wanted to edit instead of going to the start and then having to repeatedly press the next button.
