Easy to use & complete. No need to improve of fix when it isn't broken.
I thought this would be quick and easy - it would have been quicker to do it by phone. The form is also not the most user-friendly.
The form was easy to complete and it is usefull to save writing (and therefore paper) or expensive telephone calls.
Could do with putting all addresses on and not just Eden addresses after all it is a tourism spot! Not all visitors live in Eden.
