Having agreed its new corporate priorities earlier in the year, Officers and Members have been developing a Corporate Plan for the Council to deliver these priorities.
This draft Corporate Plan, which will go under the title ‘Taking Eden Forward’, will focus the work of the Council over the next three years and so it is vitally important that it meets the needs of the District.
We are therefore undertaking a consultation on the draft Corporate Plan to seek any views or comments on what is proposed.
The document will be considered by the Council’s Executive on 2 September and then by Full Council on 18 September 2008. Therefore, I would welcome any response by 28 August 2008.
