The Penrith Car Parking Season Ticket Scheme is aimed at commuters employed in Penrith.
Permits are only available for Penrith Leisure Centre, Bluebell Lane and Sandgate car parks, Penrith.

Applications will be considered from individuals only.
Season tickets will be issued on a 'first come, first served' basis. Your application will be placed on a reserve list if the full allocation of tickets has been issued.
There are no designated parking spaces for season ticket holders and no guarantee can be made that a space will always be available.
There will be no automatic right to renew existing season tickets.
Season ticket holders may relinquish unused whole months at any time and following return of the old ticket, a refund will be paid to the ticket holder. Please note there will be an administrative charge of £10.
The season ticket can only be used for the two vehicle registrations listed on the application form. Ticket holders are advised to inform the Council at the address below, if they change their vehicle registration and to return the old ticket. A new season ticket with the amended details with be forwarded free of charge.
If a season ticket holder's vehicle is off the road and a courtesy car is being used, the ticket may be transferred but the Council must be informed.
Season ticket holders are required to park in accordance with the Council's current Parking Orders, these can be viewed at the Town Hall during office hours.

Payment can be made by debit or credit card over the phone on 01768 817817, by cheque made payable to Eden District Council, to the address below or by cash by calling at either the Town Hall or Mansion House Penrith.
