Parking Permit Scheme for Residents

Residents Parking Permit schemes are supported by Cumbria County Council. This enables residents who live in restricted parking zones in both Penrith and Appleby to apply for residents parking permits.

Penrith parking permits are issued by us and Appleby parking permits by Capita Symonds.
