regarding abandoned vehicles and initiate statutory action to
secure their removal on direction of the Police.
- Reports from the public involving vehicles
abandoned are initially reported to the Police telephone number

Council with a written request for action to secure its

- Where a vehicle is considered by the Council to
be abandoned the Council may issue a statutory notice to the

notice the vehicle will be removed for disposal.

carrying out the disposal from land owners or the owner responsible
for abandoning the vehicle.
