Access keys
Access keys are a useful way for keyboard users to navigate
quickly to certain sections of the site. You can set your own
access keys for a number of links on this site with our
user-defined access keys.

Downloadable documents
Where possible we try to provide downloadable documents in
multiple formats including pdf, MS Word documents (.doc) and
rich text format (.rtf)
If you have difficulties obtaining information from a pdf you
can use Adobe's
Web-based conversion serviceto produce an HTML version
(however, please be aware that the standard of HTML produced is not
great).
Where possible we try to provide structured downloadable
documents. However, as you may appreciate, this involves a serious
training and resource implication for a small Council such as
EDC.
We appreciate that it must be extremely frustrating to not be
able to access information through no fault of your own but we ask
you to be patient whilst we continue to work on improving
the accessibility of our site.
If you find any of our downloadable documents present a barrier
to accessing information because of a disability please contact us
giving details of the document in question, the problems
encountered and what we could do to help.
More information on using this site can be found on the
helppage.
How you can help us to improve the site
We always need volunteers with disabilities to help test the
site and let us know where we are inadvertently creating
problems. If you wish to be involved please contact the Web Team by
emailing
web.admin@eden.gov.uk .
Thank you.
