How long do searches take to process?
Approximately 5 working days for standard searches (excludes CON29 optional enquiries).
How long does an expedited search take and how much does it cost?
Each search will cost an additional £90 and should take 2 days to process. This amount needs to be submitted as one £55 cheque made payable to Eden District Council and another £35 cheque made payable to CAPITA SYMONDS Ltd.
Note: An expedited search service is not available for premises or land within the Lake District National Park.
