Eden Local Plan: Saved Policies

It is important to ensure a smooth transition from the current development plan of the Cumbria and Lake District Joint Structure Plan and Eden Local Plan to the new Eden Local Development Framework. To achieve this, existing policies can be saved until suitable replacements are produced in the Local Development Framework. Saved policies include:
