We have sports pitches that are available for the community to hire. The Council’s sports pitches are available for hire on an adhoc basis, seasonal block booking and for events and competitions.
Sports Pitches in Penrith
The main provision for outdoor sports pitches is available at the Frenchfield Sports Centre in Penrith. We also have sports pitches for hire at the Castletown Recreation Ground and the Crescent. Football pitches are available for hire during the playing season only and all bookings are subject to availability. The artificial cricket wicket is available for hire during the playing season only. We offer the following facilities in Penrith.
