Our leisure centres at Appleby and Penrith are managed on behalf of the Council by Parkwood Leisure.
Appleby Leisure Centre
Appleby Leisure Centre is a friendly modern community pool. The facilities include the main swimming pool (25m x 12m) with disabled access, a Learner pool (12m x 8m) and the fully equipped Expressions Fitness Suite.

Penrith Leisure Centre
Penrith Leisure Centre, located near the town centre, offers a range of sporting activities to local people and visitors to the area. The Centre consists of two swimming pools, the Eden indoor climbing wall, sauna, sunbeds, and a fully equipped modern fitness centre.
