A cultural strategy is the framework in which a
local community sets out its plans to promote the cultural
well-being of the area. The strategy should show how culture is at
the centre of our lives, demonstrate its inherent value and its
contribution to our personal, community and economic health and
what action can be taken so that it can make an even bigger
difference to personal, community and economic health.
