Affordable Housing

Affordable Housing means homes for local people at an affordable rent, and also low cost home ownership properties, which are kept at below market value in perpetuity.

Homeseekers Register

The Homeseekers Register allowes people to seek low cost home ownership on new build housing schemes. For more information see homeseekers-register.

Right to buy

The Right to Buy is a Government run scheme that allows some tenants to purchase the property that they rent from the Housing Association. For information on see right to buy.
