Repurchase of a grave space by us
- Originally purchased less than 3 years prior to the date of application for repurchase. Repurchase price will be the amount originally paid, plus an amount to reflect inflation in the intervening period, less an amount of 15% to cover administration costs.
- Originally purchased more than 3 years prior to the date of application for repurchase. Repurchase price will be the charge specified in the Councils' fees and charges for the year 3 years previous to the date of application less an amount of 15% to cover the cost of administration.
